Gamal
Diab
Chairman of the board-USA
Gamal Diab
has 25 years of experience in international business and finance in
the United States, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. He is a fully
licensed investment banker/investment advisor and a member of the
National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and the Securities
and Exchange Commission (SEC). He is also licensed in Maryland, the
District of Columbia, Virginia, and New York as a life & health
insurance agent.
Gamal is
currently the Chairman of the Board-USA of GML Oil & Gas
International, Inc, the President of AJ Diab Financial Services in
Annapolis, MD, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of SIO
Construction, Inc., that is licensed in Maryland, Washington, DC and
Virginia. He is also the President of Infrastructure Financial
Services, Inc., (IFS) with offices in Annapolis, MD, Malaysia, Dubai
and Abu Dhabi.
Mr. Diab moved
from New York in 2002 to Annapolis, Maryland, where he worked with
SunTrust Bank in Washington, D.C., as an investment consultant in
charge of investments in five branches. Gamal then took a position
as senior financial consultant at M&T Bank in charge of ten branches
in Washington, D.C.
Since 1996, Mr.
Diab has held positions with Merrill Lynch as a financial
consultant, Morgan Stanley as a financial advisor, and became the
Managing Director of an investment banking firm in New York. There,
Gamal originated, structured and placed private and public equity
for companies in the technology, healthcare/bio-technology,
telecommunications, and oil & gas sectors of the market. Gamal has
also authored and prepared business plans and informational books
for institutional investments in the capital markets.
From 1987 to
1996 Gamal was President of DBT International Trade, Inc. As
President, Gamal Diab traveled extensively throughout Africa, Asia
and the Middle East to meet with CEOs of major institutions as well
as diplomats and government representatives. He has established very
fruitful business relationships in the U.S. and overseas.

Hon. Jack Sims
Director
Hon. Jack C. Sims currently serves
as Managing Director of GML Oil & Gas International Inc., Director
of Public Relations of The Motherland Group, LLC; and is a former
President of Maryland Black Mayors Association. He is the founder
and former Chairman & CEO and Managing Director of The Atrium Group
USA. He is the Chief Alliance Partner of United for the World Events
Group (UWEG), Las Vegas, NV and is the Founder of the Central Prince
George’s Maryland Rotary Club. Mr. Sims is President & Managing
Director of JacMar & Associates, Inc. Mr. Sims is a two-time former
Mayor of District Heights, MD. He was elected in May 1997 and again
in May 2000. Currently, he serves as a City Commissioner until
2011. He served as Vice Mayor in 1994 and Police and Code
Enforcement Commissioner from 1993 to 1995. He is a member of the
Maryland Municipal League (MML) serving as Vice Chairman of 2009
Legislative Committee; and the National League of Cities Finance,
Administration and Intergovernmental Relations Policy Committee.
Hon. Sims has served in the following
capacities: Past MML Representative to the National League of Cities
Human Development Policy Committee and Prince George’s County
Municipal Association Board of Directors. Mr. Sims has also served
in several national and international leadership positions: He was
a member of the United States Conference of Mayors; the Maryland
Mayors Association; is past member of Maryland Institute for
Governmental Service Advisory Board, National Conference of Black
Mayors (Chairman, International Committee) and Board of Directors.
Jack C. Sims is active in national and
international affairs. He has had business trips to Senegal, The
Gambia, Ghana, Nigeria, Haiti, Trinidad, Cyprus, Liberia and Gabon.
He was crowned an Honorary Chief by several communities in the
Republic of Nigeria and was gowned as an Honorary Paramount Chief of
Bong County, Liberia. He is currently serving on the Maryland Sister
States Program committee for Liberia.
Mr. Sims is a retired Chief,
Environmental Management Service from the Department of Veterans
Affairs Medical Center in Washington, DC after working 25 years. He
and his spouse are partners in JacMar & Associates, Inc. d/b/a
Discovery Information Consultants as “public records” research
specialists.
Hon. Sims has extensive
training and experiences. He is a graduate of Leadership Prince
George’s, Inc.- 2008; Graduate of University of Maryland College
Park Fellow-Academy for Excellence in Local Governance (2001); was
appointed to the post of Director on the Board of Directors
Infrastructure Financial Services, Inc. (IFS), Annapolis, MD;
Executive Director, District Heights Community Development
Corporation (501c3); Chairman Prince George’s County Solid Waste
Advisory Commission. He has served on the Board of Directors for
the East Orange VAMC Credit Union and the Washington DC VAMC Credit
Union; Fraternal Order of Police 2F-DC; Knights of Columbus;
Honorary Naval Aviator; and St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Landover,
MD.
Hon. Sims has received
awards - Joseph Gallop Memorial Award; and the Maryland Black Mayors
Pioneer Award.

João Pedro Fonseca e Costa
Portuguese by birth, with more than 30 years in Brazil,
experienced in International Finance, extensive international
liasions corporate management and business development defining
international strategies and commercialization. JPFC holds a
degree in business administration from Universidade Católica in
Lisbon Portugal, is fluent in English, French, Portuguese and
Spanish.
JP’s career in international business development has included
executive assignements with well know companies like Mercedes
Benz, Benetton, Planet Hollyood, Hard Rock Café and with Kingdom
Holding Company, a Saudi Arabia Company of Saudi Prince Al
Waleed Bin Talal as chargé of business Development and
Negotiation. Additionally, JPFC was Corporate Executive Officer
and PM for several large Projects with Efisa Bank a Portuguese
Investment Bank.
JPFC is on the Board of Leandro ccvm, a stock broker investment
company and he is Executive Director in Brazil for
International Affairs, operations with several banks,
specialized in M&A, trade finance, trade receivables, Project
Finance Due Diligence analysis and Deal structuring. Leandro
ccvm has an agreement for Brazil with Banque Edmond Rothschild
Swiss for Private Banking, Project Finance and M&A which JPFC
corresponds to.
JPFC is currently a Director of Corporate International
affaires in Petrobahia, a 20 years company established in
Brazil, a large fuel distribution chain with more than 600
points of sale and with more than USD 250 Millions turnover. JP
is also a VP of Petrobahia Overseas, the Trading subsidiary from
Petrobahia S/A.
